Couroulu Vacqueyras Vieilles Vignes Rouge is a concentrated Southern Rhône red with aromas of blackberry, black cherry, plum, garrigue herbs, black pepper, licorice, and subtle spice. Old-vine fruit, silky tannins, vibrant acidity, and remarkable depth create a powerful, elegant palate with a long, refined finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with grilled lamb, beef short ribs, duck confit, venison, wild mushroom dishes, aged cheeses, or rosemary-roasted vegetables.
