Courage & Conviction Whiskey Cuvee Cask

Courage & Conviction Cuvée Cask is an American Single Malt whisky distilled, matured, and bottled on-site at the Virginia Distillery Co. in Lovingston, Virginia. This 100% malted barley whisky is matured for a minimum of four years in first-fill European red wine Cuvée casks that have undergone an "STR" (Shave, Toast, Re-char) treatment to release beautiful sugars and aromas. This whisky showcases its natural color and is not chill-filtered.

NOSE

Expect aromas of plum, dark raspberry, rich chocolate torte, and clove.

PALATE

Brings flavors of tart cherry, blood orange, cocoa, and burnt sugar.

FINISH

Finishes with notes of candied walnuts and ginger.
