Cosmic Vinyaters Passio

An incredibly expressive and lively natural red wine crafted by visionary winemaker Salvador Batlle. Made from 100% Marselan planted 500 meters above sea level in the high-altitude clay-limestone soils of Baix Penedès, this wine undergoes pre-fermentation skin maceration before resting for four months on its fine lees in stainless steel tanks. It reveals an aromatic bouquet bursting with wild blackberries, dark cherries, and plums, intertwined with fresh balsamic undertones, wild Mediterranean herbs, and a subtle touch of spice. The palate is light-to-medium-bodied and refreshingly fluid, balancing succulent dark fruit depth with a vibrant, mineral-tinged acidity, smooth tannins, and a long, energetic finish.
