Cosmic Vinyaters Gratitud Cabernet Franc

An incredibly expressive and energetic natural red wine crafted by visionary winemaker Salvador Batlle. Sourced from biodynamically farmed vineyards in the high-altitude calcareous clay soils of Baix Penedès, this unique expression of Cabernet Franc is often complemented by small amounts of indigenous varieties like Sumoll. It opens with vibrant aromas of wild crunchy red berries, dark currants, and fresh red plums, beautifully intertwined with notes of damp earth, dried herbs, and a subtle white pepper spice. Light-to-medium-bodied and refreshingly fluid on the palate, it balances pure, unadulterated fruit texture with a bright, crisp acidity, fine-grained tannins, and a clean, mineral-driven finish.
