About the Northstar Winery 'The Cosmic Egg' Cabernet Sauvignon 750ml
It's full bodied, cherry, raspberry, moderate acidity, some chewy tannins , spice. Long dry finish. We really thought we tasted a little bit of oak but it is aged in neutral vessels so maybe it was our imagination. A really nice WA cab [with 2% cab franc].
