About the Corcelettes Estate Merlot
A rich, expressive Merlot with ripe blue and black fruit, fig and blueberry layered with chocolate, tobacco, earth and subtle smoky spice. Soft tannins and a distinctive stony mineral character give the palate depth, texture and a persistent finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with smoked ribs, Italian dishes, grilled beef, lamb, hearty pasta, chili, or sharp aged cheeses.
