Copperworks Plum Gin

Copperworks Plum Gin is an annual American release made by resting the distillery's Small Batch Gin with locally grown Italian Prune plums for approximately nine months. Nearly a pound of plums goes into each bottle, imparting natural colour, pronounced fruit character and a touch of sweetness.

Food Pairing: Pair with charcuterie, creamy cheeses, roast duck, grilled pork, or fruit-based desserts.
