Copperworks American Single Malt Whiskey R38

Release 038 was created by combining six casks of whiskey distilled from Baronesse Barley with two casks of whiskey distilled from our standard Pale Malt recipe. We then added 5% of the whiskey that was matured in a Manzanilla Sherry cask This is the first time we have used whiskey matured in a Manzanilla Sherry cask in one of our whiskeys. All nine casks used in this release were aged for a minimum of 39 months.

NOSE

Aromas of rum raisin ice cream and pear balsamic.

PALATE

FLavors of fig conserves and baked pears.

FINISH

Finishes with hazelnuts, fruit leather, and dark cherry candy.
