The Cooper's Choice Cameronbridge 16 Year Old 2007 Cask #0770 Single Grain Scotch Whisky

The Cooper's Choice Cameronbridge 16 Year Old 2007 is a limited-edition Lowland single grain Scotch whisky independently bottled by The Vintage Malt Whisky Company. Distilled at Cameronbridge in 2007 and bottled in 2024, this expression was matured in American oak before receiving a finish in a Malaga sweet wine cask. Bottled at 53.5% ABV from cask #0770, with only 312 bottles produced, it showcases the rich, elegant character of mature grain whisky through polished oak, creamy sweetness, dried fruits and warming spices.

Food Pairing: Pairs beautifully with coconut cake, salted caramel desserts, vanilla crème brûlée, toasted almonds, aged Gouda and dried-fruit pastries. Its rich sweetness and delicate spice also complement buttery shortbread and caramelized pears.

Tasting Notes: An elegant and complex single grain Scotch whisky featuring polished oak, beeswax, gentle baking spices, coconut cake, dried fruits and salted caramel. Subtle tobacco, vanilla and resinous wood notes contribute depth and a lingering finish.
