About the Convento San Francisco Crianza 2021
Intense cherry red color, clean and bright, with violet edges. Intense nose, with aromas of ripe red and black fruit (cherry, blackberry) perfectly blended with notes from its aging (vanilla, cocoa, licorice and a light smoky touch). A flavorful and pleasant entry. It is a structured wine, with round and polished tannins. The mid-palate is fruity, balanced, and has a long and persistent finish.
A very versatile wine. Perfect to accompany grilled red meats, roast lamb, traditional stews, Iberian cured meats and aged cheeses.
