About the Cono Sur 20 Barrels Chardonnay 2021 750ml
Its most distinguishing feature is its well-achieved balance between citrus notes and complex minerality, both in nose and mouth. Quite an extraordinary wine, this Chardonnay has a bright, golden colour with fresh citrus aromas and a crisp, mineral palate. Refined and full of grace.

The El Centinela Vineyard is located at one end of the Casablanca Valley, in the area closest to the sea, about seven kilometers in a straight line from the Pacific, and it's the source of the house's best chardonnay. In this vintage, a year of moderate temperatures, this white shines with its depth of fruit flavors, the creaminess of its texture, and the fine, knife-sharp acidity that slowly covers every corner of the palate. A wine that is drinking very well now with seafood au gratin, but that has at least another five years of life.
