Collosorbo Due Gemme Toscana Rosso 2022

Le Due Gemme is a blend of Sangiovese and Merlot both grown in their “Il Quercione” vineyard that was planted in 2001 and has been farmed organically. This wine shows rich red and black fruit with a touch of exotic spices. It's generous on the palate, with fine tannins and a refreshing finish. Ruby red dress with purplish highlights. Merlot meets Sangiovese in this deep, fresh, and fruity blend. The nose is intensely aromatic, with notes of black berries, cherry, strawberry, and rose. Fresh and lively, beautiful tannins, present but not too aggressive.

Perfect with pasta, pizza, meat dishes and mild cheeses.
