Collingwood Double Barreled Canadian Whisky is a richly layered Canadian whisky from Ontario and the first release in Collingwood's Town Collection. The whisky is initially matured in white oak barrels before being re-barreled in heavily charred oak and finally finished with toasted maplewood staves. Bottled at 45% ABV, this distinctive maturation develops a warm and expressive profile of dried stone fruit, vanilla, sweet spice, toasted oak, and subtle maplewood character.
