Crafted in the historic village of Aÿ in the heart of the Champagne region, France, Champagne Collet Brut Art Déco Premier Cru is the quintessential flagship cuvée of Maison Collet. Founded in 1921, Maison Collet embodies the elegance and spirit of the Roaring Twenties, honoring its heritage through meticulous blending and extended cellar maturation. Sourced exclusively from 20 Premier and Grand Cru villages, this cuvée brings together 40% Chardonnay for elegance and finesse, 40% Pinot Noir for structure and body, and 20% Pinot Meunier for delicate fruitiness and roundness. Aged for a minimum of 4 years on its lees in historic underground chalk cellars (crayères), it achieves an outstanding balance of fresh Mediterranean citrus, creamy autolytic richness, and fine, persistent effervescence.
