Crafted in the heart of Aÿ, France, Champagne Collet Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru is an exquisite, refined expression of 100% Chardonnay sourced entirely from prestigious Premier Cru and Grand Cru vineyards across the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims. Founded in 1921, Maison Collet is one of Champagne’s historic co-operative producers, renowned for maintaining rigorous quality standards and slow cellar aging. This pale, elegant cuvée is crafted primarily from Premier Cru villages including Vertus, Villers-Marmery, and Cuis, blending delicate minerality with rich citrus purity. Aged for a minimum of 5 years on its lees in deep chalk cellars (crayères), it acquires silky texture, complex autolytic notes, and fine, persistent effervescence.
