Collective Arts Artisanal Dry Gin

Handcrafted in Hamilton, Ontario, by Collective Arts Distilling, Artisanal Dry Gin is a contemporary small-batch spirit that marries craft distilling with artistic creativity. Distilled in copper pot stills, this expression is built upon a classic juniper foundation elevated by bright, vibrant citrus notes and warm baking spices. Featuring a botanical blend of Italian juniper, lemon peel, lime peel, fresh orange peel, coriander, cardamom, and subtle hints of ginger and spice, it delivers a clean, smooth, and modern profile housed in bottles adorned with rotating artwork from global artists.

Food Pairing: Fresh oysters, lemon-herb roasted chicken, goat cheese crostini, fish and chips, seafood ceviche, or charcuterie with soft cheeses and olives.

Tasting Notes: Crystal clear in appearance with a clean, smooth, and velvety medium body.

Nose: Intensely aromatic and citrus-forward upfront, bursting with fresh lemon zest, lime peel, and sweet orange, supported by resinous piney juniper, warm cardamom, and a touch of peppery ginger.

Palate: Well-balanced, crisp, and lively, opening with bright citrus oils and piney juniper berries before unfolding into complex layers of fragrant cardamom, earthy coriander seed, and a warming ginger spark.

Finish: Medium-long, clean, and dry with lingering notes of zesty citrus peel, gentle baking spice, and a crisp herbal pine warmth.

Serve: Serve over large ice cubes topped with premium Indian tonic water, garnished with a slice of fresh grapefruit or a twist of lime, or as an ideal, versatile base for a Dry Martini, Gimlet, or classic Negroni.
