Malternative #28 Le Vigilant Tiffon 27 Year Old 1995 Lot 95 Cognac is a limited independent bottling selected by Malternative Belgium from the historic Tiffon Cognac house. Distilled in 1995 from Ugni Blanc grown in Grande Champagne, the Cognac matured for 27 years in French oak before being bottled in November 2023 at 40.86% ABV. Limited to 480 bottles, "Le Vigilant" displays a mature and elegant character combining dried apricot, peach and floral nuances with chocolate, roasted almonds, fine wood and subtle spice. The release contains no added sugar, caramel or boisé.

Food Pairing: Aged Comté, roasted duck, dried apricots, almond tart, milk chocolate, toasted almonds, peach desserts, and mature hard cheeses.
