Produced at the Domaine de Chez Maillard by Domaine Leyrat, Assemblage No. 1 is a special limited release crafted to showcase the art of single-estate blending from the Fins Bois cru. Distilled exclusively from Ugni Blanc grapes grown, fermented, distilled, aged, and bottled on the estate grounds, this expression brings together hand-selected eaux-de-vie chosen for their vibrant harmony and distinct character. Maturing in French oak casks grants the spirit a refined balance between crisp fruit freshness and warm, structural wood influences, featuring notes of orchard blossoms, fresh peach, candied lemon peel, light spice, and subtle oak.
