Vallein Tercinier Lot 88 1988 Bons Bois Cognac is a limited single-cask Cognac from the Bons Bois cru, distilled in 1988 and bottled in 2023. Bottled at cask strength at 48.3% ABV, this release is presented at natural colour and without chill filtration, with only 500 bottles produced. Its mature profile combines earthy and floral aromas with candied fruit, cocoa, praline, warming spice and a long, nutty finish.

Food Pairing: Crème brûlée, roasted duck, aged Comté, mushroom pâté, candied-fruit desserts, praline, toasted hazelnuts, and dark chocolate.
