Blending classic indigenous Spanish Cava varieties—Macabeo, Xarel·lo, and Parellada—with a touch of Chardonnay for added richness, this Reserva cuvée undergoes extended lees aging for at least 15 months in Codorníu’s subterranean limestone cellars. The prolonged aging imparts rich autolytic depth, creamy texture, and fine persistent effervescence while maintaining vibrant Mediterranean citrus fruit character.
