Clos Figueras Forget Me Not Vermouth

An exceptional artisan sweet red vermouth crafted from a base of Garnacha and Carignan grapes. This unique bottling is infused with over 100 wild aromatic plants and spices harvested from the Mediterranean hillsides, then aged for 18 months in large oak casks. It opens with complex aromas of orange peel, warm cinnamon, nutmeg, fennel, and rosemary. The textured palate is perfectly balanced—not overly sweet—showing rich dark fruit depth accented by classic herbaceous layers and a distinct savory, pleasantly bitter finish. 

Food Pairing: Best enjoyed neat over ice with an orange slice. Pairs spectacularly with green olives, salted almonds, Spanish charcuterie, or alongside tapas like patatas bravas.
