About the Clos du Soleil Signature 2019
Signature is our flagship blend of red Bordeaux varieties, produced by hand, and aged for 16 months in French oak barrels.
A delicate nose of pencil shavings, raspberry compote, cedar, blackberry and crushed black pepper. Beautifully integrated flavours of ripe raspberry and blackberry, notes of pomegranate and fig, hints of baking spices, followed by a long mineral-flecked finish.
