About the Moraine Cilffhanger Red 2011
A fruit-forward Okanagan red with ripe strawberry, raspberry, blackcurrant and plum character, complemented by cocoa and gentle spice. The palate is smooth and approachable, with soft tannins, balanced acidity and an easygoing finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with barbecue steak, pork ribs, pasta with tomato sauce, grilled mushrooms, burgers, or baked Brie.
