Clase Azul Plata Tequila

An ultra-premium, remarkably smooth unaged tequila crafted from 100% organic Blue Weber Agave grown in the highest altitudes of Jalisco, Mexico. Following a slow-cooking process in traditional masonry ovens for 72 hours, the agave is fermented with a proprietary yeast and distilled in copper pot stills to achieve exceptional purity. Unlike many traditional blancos, Clase Azul Plata offers a naturally sweet, lush, and approachable profile that is virtually devoid of harsh alcoholic bite. Packaged in a stunning artisanal clear glass decanter adorned with the brand's signature blue base and silver agave medallion, it is a luxurious and vibrant expression of pure, unaged agave spirit.

Food Pairing: Citrus-marinated white fish ceviche, fresh sushi rolls, or a light summer salad with papaya, green apple, and a bright vinaigrette to complement the fresh, crisp, and sweet agave notes.

TASTING NOTES - Crystal clear and remarkably bright with silver highlights. It displays a medium body with long, elegant legs that gently coat the glass, feeling silky, crisp, and impeccably smooth on the palate.

NOSE - Incredibly fresh and vibrant, leading with crisp green apple, zesty orange, and lemongrass. Beneath the citrus fruit, there are inviting aromas of roasted agave, fresh mint, green tea, and a subtle whisper of sweet vanilla.

PALATE - Silky, sweet, and approachable. A beautiful array of fresh fruit notes including Meyer lemon, green guava, and apple mingle with fresh mint leaves and the unmistakable sweet, earthy core of slow-cooked agave. A very soft hint of white pepper provides a gentle, balancing backbone.

FINISH - Clean, crisp, and elegantly lingering. Leaves a refreshing trail of sweet citrus, light herbal mint, and a delicate touch of vanilla with a delightfully soft fade.
