Clase Azul Tequila Plata is an ultra-premium Blanco tequila that serves as the pure, unaged foundation of the world-renowned Clase Azul portfolio. Crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the Highlands of Jalisco, the agave hearts are slow-cooked in traditional masonry ovens for 72 hours and fermented using the distillery's secret yeast strain. Because it is bottled immediately after distillation, it preserves the vibrant, crisp energy of the agave without any oak influence. On the nose, it offers a fresh and alluring bouquet of citrus, lemongrass, and green tea, with a distinct mineral undertone. The palate is exceptionally smooth and light-bodied, showcasing flavours of sweet cooked agave, mint, and a hint of vanilla, leading to a clean, elegant finish. Each iconic white and blue ceramic decanter is handmade and hand-painted by Mexican artisans, making it a masterpiece of both spirit and craft.
