Edition No.21b of Rum Sponge is a single barrel of 2000 Clarendon (mark JMM), bottled at natural cask strength after 22 years of full-term continental ageing.
A softer side of Clarendon, this is an aromatically detailed and complex Jamaican with wormwood, softe medicinal ointments, dried mint and aniseed on the nose, with a rush of sharp coastal freshness and gherkins on the palate.
