This is a 25 year old single cask of 1997 Clarendon Jamaican rum, bottled at natural cask strength of 63% and with over 22 years of tropical ageing!
Extreme, silly, fun, drop dead gorgeous and utterly delicious – everything that Rum Sponge is supposed to be, rolled into a fittingly celebratory bottling for our 20th edition.
It tastes like a Cyberman, 3D printed in African Blackwood and marinaded in an IBC full of black olives while eating candy floss made of tar.
