Handcrafted in Cognac, France, by Maison Ferrand at Chateau de Bonbonnet, Citadelle Gin Rouge is a vibrant, fruit-infused extension of the famed French gin brand. Distilled in open-flame Charentais copper pot stills using Citadelle's signature 19 classic gin botanicals, this expression undergoes an infusion of 100% natural fresh red fruits and rhubarb—specifically fresh cranberries, raspberries, blackberries, blackcurrants, and tangy rhubarb. Unlike heavily sweetened flavored gins, Citadelle Rouge remains a dry, crisp spirit that balances luscious berry freshness and tart rhubarb brightness with a robust piney juniper core.

Food Pairing: Fresh berry pavlova, duck breast with a red fruit reduction, goat cheese crostini, lemon meringue pie, charcuterie with soft brie and berry compote, or dark chocolate desserts.
