About the Title Chateau Belle Vue Haut Medoc Cru Bourgeois Exceptionnel
Crafted in the famed Haut-Médoc appellation on the Left Bank of Bordeaux, France, Château Belle-Vue Haut-Médoc Cru Bourgeois Exceptionnel is a distinguished red wine celebrated for its remarkable quality, historical lineage, and high proportion of Petit Verdot. Situated in Macau, adjacent to the Margaux appellation, the estate’s vineyards sit on deep, well-draining Pyrenean gravel soils overlooking the Gironde estuary. Unusually for Left Bank Bordeaux, the blend features a significant presence of Petit Verdot alongside Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, imparting extraordinary spice, deep color, and structural muscle. Meticulously vinified with parcel-by-parcel precision and aged in French oak barrels (approximately 30-40% new), Château Belle-Vue delivers an opulent, fragrant, and classic Médoc expression that punches well above its price point.
Food Pairing: Grilled ribeye steak, roasted rack of lamb, braised beef short ribs, duck breast with cherry reduction, wild mushroom risotto, and aged hard cheeses like Comté or Gouda.
