About the Chiyomusubi Awa Sake Sorah 720ml
Bright and refreshing, with delicate natural bubbles, subtle rice sweetness and fresh fruit aromas. The palate is smooth and lightly creamy, balanced by crisp acidity and gentle umami, leading into a clean, clear and refreshing finish. Its fine effervescence comes naturally from secondary fermentation in the bottle.
Food Pairing: Fresh oysters with lemon, tuna carpaccio, sashimi, seafood, light appetizers and delicately seasoned dishes.
