Cheval des Andes is a prestigious Argentine red blend created through the collaboration between Château Cheval Blanc and Terrazas de los Andes, combining Bordeaux expertise with the exceptional terroir of Mendoza. Sourced from historic vineyards in Las Compuertas and Uco Valley, this elegant wine offers layers of blackberry, cassis, violet, cedar, graphite, and spice, supported by refined tannins, vibrant freshness, and remarkable ageing potential.
Food Pairing: Wagyu ribeye, dry-aged steak, roasted lamb, venison, braised short ribs, truffle dishes, and aged hard cheeses.
