Sourced from pristine vineyards in Western Australia's Great Southern and Pemberton regions, where maritime breezes off the Southern Ocean foster slow ripening and bright natural acidity, this cuvée is predominantly driven by Shiraz and Pinot Noir. Larry Cherubino practices gentle direct pressing with minimal skin contact to achieve a pale, salmon-pink tint. Fermented cool in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, the wine preserves its lifted aromatic profile, crunchy red berry fruit, and crisp mineral finish.
