The palest rosé that I've seen in quite some time features grassy aromas accented by earthy marigolds and prosciutto. The wine's clean texture provide the backdrop for what I can only describe as a strawberry-flavored Starburst candy flavor and a hint of orange zest. A bit more acidity would have been nice.
