Roger Sabon Châteauneuf-du-Pape Le Secret des Sabon is the estate's flagship cuvée, crafted from old-vine Grenache. Intense aromas of blackberry, black cherry, violet, licorice, and garrigue lead to a full-bodied palate with velvety tannins, remarkable concentration, and an exceptionally long finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with roasted lamb, venison, beef tenderloin, duck confit, truffle dishes, aged cheeses, or slow-braised meats.
