Perfumed, youthful black plum and blackcurrant on the nose. Textured, deep, and concentrated palate, ample black fruit and dried herbs, evolving to sweet spice, nutmeg, star anise, and coriander seeds. Nicely integrated oak spice, a fine balance of acid and tannins, but retaining its freshness, with lots of potential for aging.

High quality, well marbled, beef steak. A Béarnaise sauce and salty fries would be the perfect accompaniment. Also excellent with cheese with a nutty flavour, think Manchego.
