Château St. Jean Cinq Cépages 2022 is a rich, complex, and full-bodied California red blend crafted from vineyards across Sonoma County. The flagship wine of the estate, its name translates to "five varieties," representing the traditional Bordeaux grapes featured in the blend. On the nose, it offers rich aromas of dark plum, crème de cassis, dried lavender, and dark chocolate, layered with graphite and subtle toasted oak notes. The palate is dense, velvety, and well-structured, featuring powerful black fruit flavors, integrated tannins, and dynamic, long-lasting acidity.

Food Pairing: Pairs wonderfully with grilled ribeye steak, roasted lamb chops, braised short ribs, or sharp aged cheddar cheese.

This long-running Bordeaux-style blend is a classic, reserve-style wine that’s dense, layered and polished, but also deep and long. Blended from some of Foley group’s best barrels using grapes from all around Sonoma County. Savory, floral and lavender aromas, with graphite, dark chocolate and creme de cassis flavors that expand on the palate and linger on the finish. 73% cabernet sauvignon, plus merlot, cabernet franc, malbec and petit verdot. Sustainable. Drinkable now, but best from 2029.
