About the Chateau Sansonnet
Chateau Sansonnet is a Saint-Emilion Grand Cru Classe from the clay-limestone plateau of Saint-Emilion. Merlot leads the blend alongside Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, producing an expressive red with sour cherry and blackcurrant aromas, fine tannins, ripe fruit character, generous structure and strong ageing potential.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with roasted lamb, beef tenderloin, duck breast, mushrooms, and aged cheeses.
