Owned by the Perse family, Château Pavie-Decesse is an exceptional Saint-Émilion estate producing wines of remarkable intensity. Aromas of black cherry, cassis, blackberry, violet, graphite, espresso, and dark chocolate lead to a palate of velvety tannins, vibrant freshness, exceptional concentration, and a long, mineral-driven finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with beef Wellington, roast lamb, venison, duck breast, truffle potatoes, aged Comté, wild mushrooms, or braised short ribs.
