Château Palmer's white wine is a skilful blend of Muscadelle, Sauvignon Gris, and Lauzet. It is only produced in limited quantities and is beautifully balanced, with zesty aromas. It is excellent at the table, with fish or white meats.

It reveals notes of lily of the valley, white flowers and small notes of fresh/crunchy lychee, fresh/crunchy apple as well as discreet hints of spices.
