About the Chateau Olivier 1988
A mature Cru Classé de Graves from the acclaimed 1988 vintage, Château Olivier reveals complex aromas of blackcurrant, dried cherry, cedar, tobacco, leather, graphite, forest floor, and earthy spice. Elegant and beautifully evolved, it offers refined tannins, fresh acidity, layered complexity, and a long, graceful finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with roast lamb, beef Wellington, duck confit, venison, mushroom risotto, aged Comté, braised short ribs, or truffle dishes.
