About the Chateau Moulin de la Rose 2014
A refined Saint-Julien from the outstanding 2014 vintage, Château Moulin de la Rose reveals aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, red cherry, cedar, graphite, vanilla, and subtle smoke. Elegant yet beautifully structured, it delivers polished tannins, vibrant freshness, refined balance, and a long, graceful finish with excellent aging potential.
Food Pairing: Pair with grilled ribeye, roast lamb, beef Wellington, duck confit, mushroom risotto, aged Comté, braised short ribs, or venison.
Wine Enthusiast
This impressive wine is full of black fruits as well as dark tannins. Its structure and density comes from the vineyard that abuts grand cru estates in Saint-Julien. The wine has power while as well as the elegance of the appellation. Drink from 2023.
