About the Chateau Ladignac Medoc 2014
Château Ladignac Médoc is a classic Left Bank Bordeaux with aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, ripe plum, cedar, graphite, tobacco, and subtle baking spices. Firm yet polished tannins, vibrant acidity, and balanced oak create a refined, medium-bodied palate with excellent structure, freshness, and aging potential.
Food Pairing: Pair with grilled ribeye, roast lamb, beef bourguignon, duck confit, mushroom risotto, aged cheddar, or herb-roasted vegetables.
86 Points - Wine Enthusiast
This is tight, juicy wine produced by the local cooperative. It has intense black-currant acidity and spice and toast from the wood aging. With its tannins it will age. Drink from 2019.
