Château Grand-Puy-Lacoste 2016 is a classic, beautifully structured Fifth Growth expression from Pauillac, showing incredible elegance, depth, and poise. It displays complex, expressive aromas of ripe black currant, dark cherry, cassis, and graphite, layered with accents of cedar, cigar box, crushed violet, and subtle tobacco leaf. On the palate, it delivers a medium-to-full-bodied presence with impressive fruit concentration, crisp acidity, fine-grained ascending tannins, and a long, persistent, mineral-driven finish.
