Château Fuissé Mâcon-Villages 2023 is an expressive, harmonious, and refined white Burgundy produced by the Vincent family at the historic Château Fuissé in southern Burgundy. Sourced from calcareous clay vineyard plots situated at higher elevations, the wine benefits from the interplay of limestone minerality and rich clay soil. Vinified predominantly in stainless steel tanks to emphasize purity and aromatic freshness, it presents a brilliant pale straw-gold color in the glass. The nose displays vibrant aromas of green apple, white peach, lemon zest, citrus blossom, and crushed limestone. On the palate, it is crisp, medium-bodied, and well-balanced, delivering generous orchard fruit flavors, lively acidity, and a clean, mineral-driven finish.
