This exceptional wine is a complex and balanced blend of the region's iconic grape varieties. 50% Cabernet Sauvigno, 25% Mabec and 25% Merlot
On the palate, the trilogy of grape varieties is perfectly expressed. The power of the Cabernet Sauvignon provides firm tannins and a solid structure, supported by a beautiful acidity. The Malbec, meanwhile, brings depth and fruity generosity, with notes of black cherry and plum. The Merlot softens the overall effect with its velvety tannins and reveals a delicate hint of cocoa.
This wine will pair perfectly with grilled or roasted red meats, as well as mature cheeses. Its aging potential will allow it to age gracefully for several years.
