Crafted from 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot and 5% Petit Verdot, with 20% aged in concrete eggs, this biodynamically farmed, Demeter-certified wine is refined, balanced and built for aging.

Aged in 40% new oak, 20% amphoras and concrete eggs, with the remainder in one-year-old barrels, the blend is completed by 3% Petit Verdot.
