About the Chateau de Sancerre Cuvee du Connetable 2022 750ml
The Cuvee du Connetable is made from a selection of Sauvignon Blanc grapes harvested from the best plots in the Chateau de Sancerre's vineyards which are composed essentially of flint and chalky stones. This exceptional, estate-bottled wine is obtained by blending 2/3 of oak-fermented wine with 1/3 of tank-fermented wine, which gives structure and complexity.
