The 2017 Château de Sales is a refined and approachable Pomerol with aromas of black cherry, plum, blackberry, violet, cedar, and subtle spice. Silky tannins and balanced acidity frame layers of ripe dark fruit, leading to an elegant, supple finish with classic Right Bank character.
Food Pairing: Pair with roast duck, beef tenderloin, lamb chops, mushroom risotto, braised short ribs, aged Gouda, or Comté cheese.
