About the Chateau de Pez
Château de Pez is one of Saint-Estèphe's oldest estates, producing a classically structured Bordeaux with depth and finesse. Aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, cedar, graphite, tobacco, and baking spice lead to a concentrated palate with firm tannins, fresh acidity, and excellent aging potential.
Food Pairing: Pair with roast lamb, grilled ribeye, braised beef, venison, duck confit, aged Comté, or mushroom-based dishes.
