Food Pairing: Foie gras, aged cheeses, roasted nuts, dried fruit desserts, dark chocolate, and rich pastries.
Tasting Notes: Mature and elegant, with candied mandarin, vanilla, toasted oak, ripe fruit, and subtle spice.
Nose: Candied mandarin, vanilla, prune, cocoa, cinnamon, and delicate toasted aromas.
Palate: Round and supple with ripe fruit, vanilla, toasted oak, and gentle spice.
Finish: Fine and persistent, leaving lingering ripe fruit, vanilla, toasted notes, and mature oak.
