About the Chateau De Landiras 2015
The 2015 Château de Landiras is a generous and well-balanced Bordeaux with aromas of black cherry, blackberry, cassis, cedar, tobacco, and subtle vanilla. Smooth tannins and fresh acidity support layers of ripe dark fruit, finishing with elegant spice and refined structure.
Food Pairing: Pair with roast lamb, grilled steak, beef bourguignon, duck confit, mushroom risotto, aged Gruyère, or Comté cheese.
87 Points - Wine Enthusiast
This rich, smoky wine comes from vines surrounding the early 14th-century castle of Landiras. At this stage, it has too much wood flavor but the bold red-berry fruits should come through strongly. Drink this ripe wine from 2020. Roger Voss.
